Terms and conditions
TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT
This Agreement is entered into between Sustainr ("the vertical of skill opp") and the User (either a Vendor, Partner, or Client), collectively referred to as "the Parties".
1. SERVICES
Sustainr is a B2B platform that provides services including, but not limited to, education demos, marketing, fundraising, and other services aimed at building sustainable brands.
2. VENDORS
Vendors are defined as any party offering a particular service on the Sustainr platform. Vendors agree to pay a commission of 10% to Sustainr for any order they receive through the platform, payable within 30 days after the client has made payment.
3. PARTNERS
Partners are defined as businesses operating on a similar model to Sustainr, providing B2B services through affiliates. Partners agree to split the commission 50% with Sustainr, payable within 30 days of receiving payment from the client.
4. CLIENTS
Clients are required to sign up to the Sustainr platform and fill out a business requirement form. Clients agree to pay for services rendered through the platform as per the with the Vendor or Partner. Clients also agree to communicate and transact solely through the Sustainr platform for services initiated on the platform.
5. CODE OF CONDUCT
All parties agree to maintain a professional standard of communication and conduct at all times. Sustainr should be present in the first meeting between the Vendor/Partner and the Client facilitated through the platform. The code of conduct strictly prohibits any form of abuse, harassment, discrimination, or any other inappropriate behavior. Violation of this code may result in immediate termination of this Agreement and use of the Sustainr platform.
6. LEGAL COMPLIANCE
Sustainr does not permit or engage in any services or products that violate any applicable laws, regulations, or standards. This includes, but is not limited to:

Illegal substances or activities

Fraudulent services or products

Stolen or counterfeit goods

Services or products that infringe upon intellectual property rights

Services or products that promote hate, violence, or discrimination

Any other activities deemed illegal under the laws of India or the user's jurisdiction

Any user found to be offering, promoting, or engaging in such activities will have their agreement terminated, their account suspended, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of a dispute, the Parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through mutual negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved in this manner, the Parties agree to be governed by the laws of India and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian courts.
8. INDEMNITY
The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sustainr, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in connection with the User's use of the Sustainr platform, any services provided or received through the platform, or any violation of this Agreement.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
1. Cancellations
1.1. Clients may cancel their service request within a certain period (e.g., 24 hours) from placing the order, provided that the Vendor or Partner has not yet begun providing the requested service.
1.2. Vendors and Partners may cancel an accepted service request under exceptional circumstances, subject to approval by Sustainr.
2. Refunds
2.1. If a Client cancels a service request within the allowed cancellation period and the Vendor or Partner has not yet begun providing the service, the Client will be eligible for a full refund.
2.2. If a Vendor or Partner cancels an accepted service request, the Client will be eligible for a full refund.
2.3. If a service is not provided to the Client as described, the Client may be eligible for a refund, subject to review by Sustainr.
2.4. Refunds will be processed through the original method of payment within a certain number of business days (e.g., 5-7 business days).
3. No Refunds
3.1. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the allowed cancellation period.
3.2. No refunds will be provided if the Vendor or Partner has begun providing the service, unless the service is not provided as described.
